NDMTSS - Tier 3 System Support - Behavior Interventions to Support All Tiers [Multi-Day Series]10/5/21-10/26/21

Description

OBJECTIVE:  This course is ideal for educators who are responsible for implementing functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).  Attendees will learn about four specific interventions and strategies that may be used to improve student behavior:

  • Good behavior game
  • Opportunities to respond
  • Self-monitoring
  • Check In Check Out

By participating in this series, attendees will be expected to:

  • Analyze behavior supports
  • Improve FBA/BIP practices

DELIVERY:  This course will be delivered as four (4) 90-minute sessions exclusively ONLINE.  Links to connect virtually for each session will be sent out prior to each session.

PRESENTER:  Rose Iovannone (Research Assistant Professor in the College of Behavioral & Community Sciences at the University of South Florida).  

AUDIENCE:  Behavior Specialists; Lead Teachers; Special Educators; Behavioral Consultants.
