DESCRIPTION:

This On-Demand professional learning series for any educator builds capacity and promotes consistency across all staff.  This high-quality video series provides a foundation for educators supporting students and offers a variety of topics enhancing their ability to understand, effectively address, and positively change student behavior.

Training modules, designed and presented by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, are offered in manageable 10 to 15-minute segments perfect for training new staff, refreshing educator perpectives, ongoing PD, PLCs, in-service training, faculty meetings, and behavior teams looking for solutions.  Staff can access training at their convenience or watch as a team while engagin in reflective discussion, action planning, and guided activities.  A one-year subscription includes access to all video modules, as many viewers as needed, and all resources and applied activities for the entire school year.

DELIVERY:  Participants will have access to the online course materials to complete asynchronously.  There will be 3 synchronous periodic online check-ins with Behavior Advantage staff and REA staff to discuss the learning and plan for implementing in your schools.  All sessions will be recorded and sent to those registered.
